We are an established omnichannel e-commerce company. Our teams work across product information, marketplace management, creative, copy, purchasing, operations, and logistics to make sure products are set up correctly and presented consistently across every channel.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Information Management (PIM) Associate to work alongside our Product Information Manager. This is an entry-level role focused on maintaining accurate, complete product information and helping ensure items are properly prepared, updated, and listed everywhere they are supposed to be. Prior Salsify or PIM experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is strong with data, comfortable in spreadsheets and systems, takes initiative, notices what is missing or incorrect, and follows issues through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Product Data & PIM Management

• Create, update, and maintain product information in Salsify across a large catalog.
• Manage attributes, taxonomy, variations, product relationships, digital assets, and marketplace-specific requirements.
• Support bulk imports/exports, templates, mappings, data cleanup, and large-scale product updates.
• Maintain accurate and complete product data across the full catalog.

Marketplace Readiness & Content Completeness

• Help ensure products have the required data and content to be listed correctly on every applicable marketplace.
• Use Salsify Insights, readiness reports, validations, and other reporting tools to identify listings that are incomplete, outdated, or need improvement.
• Identify missing attributes, specifications, compatibility, copy, images, or other content and drive those issues to resolution.
• Support new product onboarding and confirm required information is complete before items move through the listing process.

Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work directly with buyers, vendors, and brand partners to obtain missing product information, specifications, documentation, images, and other required data.
• Coordinate with copy, creative, marketplace, and internal teams when products require new or updated content or assets.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and maintain ownership until the information or issue is fully resolved.

Data Quality, Reporting & Systems

• Use reports and large spreadsheets to identify catalog-wide data issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain trackers for incomplete or inaccurate product information and help prioritize cleanup.
• Help maintain consistency between Salsify, Sellercloud, marketplace systems, and other internal tools.

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior Salsify or PIM experience is not required.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, filters, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and comfort working with large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, ownership, and follow-through.
• Comfort learning new systems quickly and working with imports, mappings, templates, and bulk data.
• Strong communication skills and confidence following up with vendors and internal teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with e-commerce catalog management, product data, marketplace listings, PIM/DAM, ERP systems, Sellercloud, Salsify, or similar platforms is a plus.
• We are willing to train the right person and care more about initiative, accuracy, organization, and the ability to learn than experience with a specific platform.
