Location: Phoenix, Arizona Type: Direct Hire Sponsorship Available: No Must have skills At least 5 years of hands‑on accounts receivable and collections experience, including managing customer portfolios from invoicing all the way through cash receipt Proven ability to work directly with customers — building relationships, handling billing disagreements, and communicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, including comfort with aging reports, payment tracking, dispute handling, reconciliations, and month‑end closing activities Proficiency in Excel along with working knowledge of an ERP platform such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems A collaborative and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment while coordinating across multiple departments An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline Responsibilities Take full ownership of designated customer accounts throughout the entire AR cycle — from invoice generation and payment processing to account reconciliation and balance resolution Actively pursue outstanding and aged balances, address payment discrepancies, and resolve unapplied cash issues in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams including Client Success, Operations, and Accounting to troubleshoot and resolve customer account concerns Generate and analyze AR aging and collections reports, and support month‑end receivables activities to ensure account integrity Act as the go‑to escalation resource for more complex or sensitive customer account situations Identify opportunities to enhance existing AR processes, internal controls, and operational workflows If the above seems like a fit, then apply!!
