In this role, you'll help keep our HR operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and supporting a variety of HR programs and services. See the full potential of growth for this position here: 2026 Salary ScheduleAs an HR Technician II, you will:Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment by assisting employees, applicants, and managers through walk-ins, phone, and email inquiries while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness under tight deadlines.Support all phases of the employee lifecycle by processing HR transactions, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring timely completion of pre-employment and onboarding tasks.Maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and related systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate personnel records.Assist employees with benefit-related questions by providing information on available programs, enrollment processes, qualifying life events, and available resources, while ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.Exercise sound judgment, tact, and discretion when handling confidential employee information while serving as a trusted resource on HR processes, policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries.Prepare HR reports, support audits, maintain desk manuals and standard operating procedures, and assist with departmental projects and continuous process improvements.Perform other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.Three years of full-time experience in human resources.We value a diverse range of qualifications and experiences.
