Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and at events Greetguests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and daily specials Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve meals and beveragesin a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of orders Monitor guestneedsthroughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after meals Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas, including side stations and server trays Follow all sanitation, safety, and beverage service guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Assistwith the setup and breakdown of dining areas for daily service orspecial events Communicatememberand guest feedback or concerns to management as needed Uphold the standards and service expectations of the club and represent the community with professionalism Maintain knowledge of club offerings, including menus, wine lists, and upcoming events Handle member problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to F&B leadership for support. Assistwith the setup, breakdown and service of all major club functions and events as needed. Additionalduties as requested by Bluejack leadership. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired. Reasonableaccommodationsmay be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Prior serving experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail. Enjoy working with Members, guests, and children. Requires excellent oral and writtencommunicationsskills. Service oriented style with professionalpresentationsskills. Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests isstrictly prohibitedand may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets toeventsand other forms of non-financial compensation. Bluejackprovidesdesignated bonus opportunities throughout the year to recognize and reward employee contributions.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and meet the driver safety policy requirements. Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on767 acresand features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employeeis regularly required tostand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift.
