Front Desk Medical Specialist

We are seeking a pleasant Front Desk Medical Specialist to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The Front Desk Specialist provides front desk assistance and support to patients and clinical staff in the Clinic. The Ideal candidate will provide the highest-quality customer service to patients, adhere to practice protocols and processes, and effectively manage the volume of work without compromising quality. The goal is to make patients and visitors feel comfortable and valued.
