Key Responsibilities Managing patient flow to keep the daily schedule on time. Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members. Scheduling appointments and handling front desk responsibilities. Working closely with the administrative team to ensure daily and long-term goals are met. Maintaining a professional, calm, and organized environment for patients. Qualifications Medical Assistant experience. Certification as MA required for clinical position. Prior experience in a medical or surgical setting strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor and patient-first mindset.
