Project/Program Management Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead one or more large-scale or enterprise-level new product development programs
Ensure strict adherence to quality systems and change control processes
Drive creation, review, and approval of program business cases
Plan, manage, and prioritize resources across multiple projects
Develop and maintain detailed program plans and manage changes effectively
Execute program strategies covering quality, risk, communication, and staffing
Communicate program status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
Lead core team and stakeholder meetings to drive effective execution
Continuously improve team effectiveness, decision-making, and execution processes
Act as a program and project management subject matter expert and mentor
Build trust and strong working relationships across all stakeholder levels
Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, and high performance
Drive resolution of complex technical and organizational challenges
Maintain momentum and team engagement during uncertainty or change
Influence effectively across teams, functions, and leadership levels

Experience Required

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience managing New Product Development projects or programs
Proven success leading medical device development programs involving software, firmware, hardware, and disposable components
Strong understanding of medical device regulations and product development lifecycle
Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations
Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to balance priorities across multiple functional teams
Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions under risk and uncertainty

Skills & Certifications

New Product Development program management
Medical device product lifecycle management
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
Quality systems and regulatory compliance
Risk management and change management
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Jira, Microsoft DevOps, or similar tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
High emotional intelligence and team leadership
Attention to detail and execution excellence

Eligibilities & qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Master's degree or equivalent preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Ability to lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Strong commitment to safety, environmental, and compliance standards
