Project/Program Management Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead one or more large-scale or enterprise-level new product development programs
- Ensure strict adherence to quality systems and change control processes
- Drive creation, review, and approval of program business cases
- Plan, manage, and prioritize resources across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans and manage changes effectively
- Execute program strategies covering quality, risk, communication, and staffing
- Communicate program status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
- Lead core team and stakeholder meetings to drive effective execution
- Continuously improve team effectiveness, decision-making, and execution processes
- Act as a program and project management subject matter expert and mentor
- Build trust and strong working relationships across all stakeholder levels
- Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, and high performance
- Drive resolution of complex technical and organizational challenges
- Maintain momentum and team engagement during uncertainty or change
- Influence effectively across teams, functions, and leadership levels
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience managing New Product Development projects or programs
- Proven success leading medical device development programs involving software, firmware, hardware, and disposable components
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and product development lifecycle
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance priorities across multiple functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions under risk and uncertainty

- Medical device product lifecycle management
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Quality systems and regulatory compliance
- Risk management and change management
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Jira, Microsoft DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- High emotional intelligence and team leadership
- Attention to detail and execution excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or equivalent preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental, and compliance standards
