We offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability, and more.What You'll DoCredit Analysis: Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate and monitor credit risk exposure, identifying potential risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them.Credit Policies and Procedures: Implement and enforce credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Customer Relations: Communicate with customers to resolve billing disputes, negotiate payment terms, and establish payment plans when necessary.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address credit and collections issues effectively.Contracts: Review contracts and insurance to ensure all requirements are met and support Claims department as a backup when needed.QualificationsAttentive to detail.Experience with Microsoft Office.Time management skills.Effective verbal and listening communication skills.Transportation billing experience.
