Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.35 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Tue 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Fri 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Sat 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Sun 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor directions and entry procedures, and support a professional environment for patients, guests, and staff. Assist with security‑related requests such as escorting staff and visitors, observing sensitive areas, and communicating with local responders and/or facility personnel when needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
