As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Facility in Redford, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access awareness through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and completing routine logs and incident reports in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
