Location: Compton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour, depending on experience
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site, Contract
- Cut, prepare, and handle insulation and fabric materials.
- Operate industrial sewing and material sealing equipment.
- Fabricate aircraft insulation blanket assemblies.
- Install fasteners, seals, tapes, and related components.
- Measure, trim, fit, and assemble materials to specifications.
- Follow drawings, templates, and work instructions.
- Inspect completed work for quality.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality standards.
- Sewing, assembly, or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in upholstery, textiles, automotive interiors, aircraft interiors, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based work.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn aerospace manufacturing processes and quality standards.
