- Very competitive total compensation of $750k+, including: - Quality incentives - RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Commencement bonus: $50k
- Annual CME: $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions)

- Paid malpractice insurance Position Details
- Dedicated weekly OR time - State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment - New state-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years
- Average patient volume: 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available
- Work schedule: 4-day work week
- Full-time, permanent position
