• Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($385k+), including:
- RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually

Position Details
• Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 12-16 patients per day
• 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
• Team-shared phone call for established patients only
• Full-time, permanent position
• Utilizes Epic EMR
