Senior AccountantWe are seeking a Senior Accountant who is adaptable, self-driven, and thrives working independently in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role will be instrumental in managing month-end close processes, cleaning up and maintaining accurate books, performing financial analysis, and ensuring journal entries are complete and correct. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of multiple entities within a dynamic and growing business.What You'll DoOwn and manage the month-end close process across multiple entitiesClean up and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring integrity across accountsPrepare and review journal entries for accuracy and compliancePerform financial analysis to provide insights for leadership decision-makingReconcile accounts and manage intercompany transactionsCollaborate with leadership to improve reporting processes and efficienciesUtilize QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Excel to manage and analyze financial dataAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as neededSupport ad hoc projects as the company grows and evolvesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practicesExperience with QuickBooks Online, Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.), and Google DriveAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a creative industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExperience with multi-entity accounting highly preferredThis opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to leverage their accounting expertise in a creative, fast-moving industry, while taking ownership of processes and making a meaningful impact across multiple entities.
