The Company is seeking a Western Regional Vice President to join their team. This senior field role is pivotal in serving as a strategic partner to Principal Owners, Firms, and Financial Representatives. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in consulting on sales growth, a deep understanding of distribution economics, and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships. The Western Regional Vice President will also play a central role in firm expansion, support strategic initiatives, and act as a key liaison between the field and home office.
