We are Wandby Landing. A new restaurant nestled in historic Kennebunk, ME. We opened in early July, and are excited to begin meeting folks to join our kitchen team who share a similar enthusiasm for hospitality, cooking, and nourishing people. Our kitchen is led by chefs with experience working within Michelin rated restaurants from N.Y.C to California. Our core values of teamwork and humility are built on teaching, learning, and growth. We are earnest that the effectiveness of the group is dependent on the success of the individual. We strongly believe that where we are and the season we’re in dictates how we cook and what we offer. The menu will express these tenors by showcasing a house-made pasta program that ranges from extruded pasta to sheeted and shaped pasta made from local flours and ancient grains. We are also proud to have a wood burning oven to cook pizzas that will begin with a slow-fermented dough and finished with seasonal ingredients and local and Italian cheeses. Meat/fish butchery and fabrication will be done in house to support our charcoal grill station. We are some humble folks who enjoy taking care of others and ourselves. Creativity excites us, teaching and learning drives us, and being lucky enough to cook for our community grounds us.
