Responsabilidades
- Onboarding y activación
- Liderar el proceso de onboarding estructurado con cada cliente.
- Capacitar equipos hoteleros — desde recepcionistas hasta GMs — adaptando el discurso a cada perfil.
- Asegurar que el cliente entienda y aproveche el producto desde el primer día.
- Gestión de cuentas y salud del portfolio
- Seguimiento proactivo de métricas de uso, engagement y performance por cuenta.
- Identificar señales de riesgo y actuar rápido para retener.
- Gestionar tickets técnicos y operativos con urgencia y ownership real.
- Crecimiento y expansión
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell y cross-sell dentro del portfolio.
- Conducir QBRs y reuniones de seguimiento para demostrar ROI y alinear estrategias de crecimiento.
- Convertir clientes satisfechos en casos de éxito y referidos.
- Voz del cliente internamente
- Recopilar feedback estructurado e identificar patrones accionables.
- Trabajar codo a codo con producto y tech para traducir necesidades del cliente en mejoras.
- Documentar aprendizajes y contribuir al desarrollo de playbooks del equipo.
Calificaciones
- Imprescindibles
- Español e inglés fluidos — es el idioma de trabajo del equipo y los clientes.
- 2+ años en Account Management, Customer Success o similar en empresa SaaS B2B.
- Manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similar) y comodidad con dashboards de datos.
- Comunicación clara y empática — saber cuándo escuchar y cuándo ser directo.
- Organizado, proactivo y autónomo: no esperas que te digan qué hacer cada día.
- Suma un montón
- Portugués conversacional o fluido — ventaja real para el portfolio en Brasil.
- Experiencia en tecnología hotelera, hospitality o turismo.
- Conocimiento de PMS (Cloudbeds, Opera, Apaleo) o ecosistemas OTA / channel managers.
- Haber trabajado en startups o entornos de crecimiento acelerado.
