Continuously sharpen your product knowledge to stay ahead of industry changes and offer the best advice. Requirements Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license. Proven track record in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory. Effective verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening. Proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems. Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage a busy calendar. Prior experience with agency management systems is a plus.
