Strategic Customer Representative - Wastewater projects

Job Description Summary Strategic Customer Representative – responsibilities include driving market share growth within a select group of high‑profile customers and job sites, increasing product awareness, and managing the corporate accounts office. This role also serves as a mentor and liaison for the overall go-to-market strategy, coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP. Responsibilities Develop a career track. Qualifications Minimum four (4) years of previous sales management experience; customer service experience required. Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specifications. Computer literate including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite. Physical Demands Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required by the job. Safety is a key part of the culture. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $67,273 – $92,500. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
