Strategic Account Specialist - Healthcare & AI/ML
- Hunt relentlessly: Identify and close new healthcare logos through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Speak healthcare: Navigate complex sales cycles with clinical, technical, and compliance stakeholders who expect you to understand their world
- Champion AI/ML: Show how machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI solve real problems like reducing readmissions, automating clinical documentation, or improving diagnostic accuracy
- Build pipeline: Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, healthcare conferences (HIMSS, HLTH, ViVE), and industry connections
- Partner internally: Work with our healthcare development and data science teams to scope projects and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Crush quotas: Meet and exceed revenue targets with a new logo focus
- Existing relationships with healthcare decision-makers
- Experience selling AI/ML in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of value-based care, population health, or social determinants of health
- Healthcare CRM experience (HubSpot)
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability and data exchange
