The Opportunity We process concrete, asphalt, aggregates, C&D waste, glass, and soil directly on job sites, helping clients: Cut hauling costs Eliminate disposal fees Turn waste into usable material Move projects faster Every job site has material. Your job is to turn that into revenue. What You’ll Do Prospect daily (calls, jobsite visits, cold outreach) Close crushing and screening jobs (small to large civil projects) Build relationships with supers, PMs, estimators, and buyers Sell cost savings and production speed Own your pipeline and push deals to close Find material → Sell the solution → Close the deal Compensation Base uncapped commission High earning potential tied directly to production Bonuses for closed work and volume You eat what you kill.
