Escrow Assistant (Independence Title - Rockwall Office)

Escrow Assistant Position: Escrow Assistant at Independence Title, Dallas‑Fort Worth Area (Rockwall Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services. Responsibilities Coordinate the collection of information to finalize a home sale. Handle front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding tasks as required by Independence Title and the Escrow Officer. Read contracts, commitments and orders, preparing for the closing and assembling necessary documents for the file. Maintain files, record appropriate documentation, issue checks after the closing, and transmit documents to the lender. Demonstrate good customer service attitude and respect towards both external customers and co‑workers. Desired Qualities Friendly, outgoing, well‑organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Creative problem‑solver to help customers have a remarkable experience closing their real estate transactions.
