Job Title: Medical Receptionist - Outpatient Clinic Location: Rockwall, TX Duration: 12-Week Contract Shift: Day Shift | Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $19/hour (W2) Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and dependable Medical Receptionist to support a fast-paced outpatient healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a medical office environment and possess strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. This role is responsible for supporting front office operations, assisting patients during check-in/check-out, and ensuring smooth daily clinic workflow. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation Support front office operations and maintain an organized reception area Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow Perform general clerical, administrative, and data entry duties as assigned Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with healthcare standards and policies Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient healthcare clinic experience within the past 3 years required Experience in urgent care, family practice, internal medicine, or similar outpatient settings preferred Strong customer service and patient communication skills required Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities required Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with medical office systems required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Education Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or official transcripts required for verification Additional Information: Candidates must successfully complete third-party employment verification Orientation during the first week will take place in Euless, TX For more details reach at View email address on click.appcast.io or Call / Text at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
