Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southern Kentucky that has an opportunity for a Critical Care physician to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Details:

• Schedule: 7a-5p, specific dates
• Call Requirement: 5p-7a
• Daily Volume: 8-14 patients in ICU
• Required Procedures: Common critical care procedures including airway management, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheter, paracentesis, thoracentesis, bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion
• Support Staff: MICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and other service lines
• Must be board-certified
• Additional Certifications: DEA and ACLS
• Paid travel & expenses
