Manager, CRM & Reporting Platforms

Job Description:We are seeking a strategic, outcome-focused Manager of CRM and Reporting Platforms to lead a cross-functional team of CRM developers, Product Managers, and Reporting Analysts. This person will be responsible for managing people, aligning priorities with business stakeholders, and driving the maturity of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise reporting platforms.As a primary partner to the Sales Operations team, you will ensure that our CRM and reporting capabilities are optimized for scale, aligned with business goals, and delivering measurable value. This role requires someone who leads through others, values strategic clarity, and takes accountability for delivering high-impact solutions, not just features.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM developers, Product Managers, and Reporting Analysts through coaching, building team capability, and continuous improvementDevelop and drive the product development and service roadmap in support of the Global Client Group departmentWork with stakeholders in the Global Client Group to understand current business processes and look for opportunities to leverage technology to increase automation and drive efficienciesEnsure alignment on priorities to achieve firm and department objectivesManage vendor relationships, software licenses, consultant contracts, and monitor associated financial commitmentsCommunicate across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and timelinesOversee the design, and enhancement of CRM solutions within Microsoft DynamicsFocus on professional development and continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps, seeking feedback, and pursuing learning opportunitiesIdentify and pursue opportunities to improve ROI and drive delivery through the team while providing clear progress updates to leadershipMaintain a strong orientation toward business outcomes, ensuring that every initiative drives measurable value rather than just activityLeverage data to guide decisions, using OKRs, KPIs, and other metrics to align team efforts with business outcomesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.10+ years of relevant work experience driving technical product management, business analysis, engineering management and operations effortsExperience solving business problems through the design and development of solutions in a CRM platformDeep understanding of CRM systems with a preference for Microsoft DynamicsExperience as a hands-on architect or developer within Microsoft Dynamics or SalesforceGrowth mindset, adaptability, and commitment to continued development of self and othersPrior experience with project management, quality assurance and operationsStrong understanding of Agile software development and the ability to lead cross-functional distributed teams to provide successful outcomesContinuous learner and independent thinker who can work collaboratively with othersStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven track record building, leading, and developing high-performing distributed teamsPrior experience managing multiple vendors, contract and associated financial commitmentsDemonstrated strength in connecting technical delivery to business impactAn open-minded, curious, and resourceful approach to workPassion for and stay current with modern technologiesSolve problems systematically and transparentlyShare ideas, solicit/integrate feedback, design and solve collaborativelyPREFERREDTake a software engineering approach and demonstrate automation and security mindsetsExperience with enterprise reporting tools (such as Coric or Vermilion) and underlying data structures, with the ability to support scalable, reliable reporting solutionsFamiliarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for interactive reporting and dashboard creationKnowledge of Marketing Automation platforms (such as Microsoft Customer Insights-Journeys)Experience using OKRs or similar frameworks to align teams and measure successMaster’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.Dimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.It is the policy of the Company to provide equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
