Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests across various disciplines, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage the upkeep and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen procurement and ensure samples are adequately prepared for testing as necessary.
• Meticulously document all laboratory procedures, mentor incoming staff or interns, and strive to uphold exemplary laboratory standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification during tenure.
