Responsibilities With the rapid expansion of TikTok Shop's business in the US market, the Marketing & Methodology team supports the platform’s e-Commerce growth by building standardized marketing frameworks, data-driven methodologies, and scalable go-to-market best practices. The team bridges strategic methodology with marketing execution, enabling cross-functional teams to make consistent decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive high-impact, sustainable growth across markets and categories. Develop integrated marketing plans through deep insights into users and category trends. In alignment with TikTok Shop’s mission and vision, formulate brand strategies and establish brand management guidelines to strengthen brand recognition and user awareness. Build and operationalize communication channels tailored to TikTok Shop, including social media, official media, and content marketing. Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies, drive scalable marketing initiatives across the U.S., and be accountable for conversion results. Understand the behaviors and preferences of U.S. consumers, sellers, and creators, and help TikTok Shop localize its initiatives in ways that are easy to understand and share. Based on business priorities and key target audiences, establish a high-quality content and case-study communication system that builds awareness of TikTok Shop and drives target users to take action. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s) Bachelor’s degree or above. A solid understanding of platform marketing and advertising is required. Strong familiarity with the U.S. market, or experience living in the U.S. or working in an international environment, with a good sense of emerging trends. Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate fluently with agencies and users. Preferred Qualification(s) Experience in marketing for content-driven e-Commerce Strong logical thinking and project management skills, with resilience and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams. Experienced candidates may also be considered for a leadership position. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $198360 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
