Healthcare Operations & Projects Assistant

WelbeHealth, located in Newark, NJ, seeks an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day program operations. The role involves greeting participants, calendar management, inventory duties, and on-site/telehealth participant support, plus event planning.

The position requires 2+ years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. On-site work Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM is expected.
