Production Supervisor

Position overview The Production Supervisor will lead day-to-day production activities at our Oaks Corners, NY aggregate and HMA operation, providing frontline leadership to a team of hourly employees while driving safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across the site. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity goals. Coach, develop, and support frontline team members through clear communication and performance feedback. Monitor plant processes and resources to optimize production while minimizing downtime. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operational teams to address issues and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence. Working knowledge of safety practices, production processes, and continuous improvement principles. Effective communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with facility maintenance, including maintenance project implementation, or project coordination. Experience in aggregates, asphalt, mining, or construction materials is preferred. Similarly related heavy industrial manufacturing or production experience will also be considered. Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing or production facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment and processes. Requires routine walking, standing, climbing, and working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Typical schedule is Mon - Fri, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rare occasional flexibility needed to support operational needs outside normal hours. What We Offer Competitive base salary.
