• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Expertise across multiple media channels, with both offline and online planning experience, including strong knowledge of Planning Tools, Media Measurement, and Media Mix Modeling.
• Highly communicative and adept at navigating complex, layered organizations to get things done.
• Self-directed with strong decision-making, project management, budget management, and prioritization skills.
• Record of influencing stakeholders at levels above them and outside of their functional area, with a service-oriented mentality.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity, and capable of resolving problems efficiently.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview
The Lilly Digital Greenhouse will serve Lilly USA as both an execution engine and innovation incubator through the Digital Building Block strategy. It aims to serve three key groups: 1) consumers, 2) payers and HCOs, and 3) HCPs. The goal is to simplify, focus, and automate digital customer experiences that sustain revenue and support continued customer use once assets have moved past the Accelerate Reach and Scale phase of investment intensity. The team is responsible for the commercial execution of digital engagements that yield proven ROI-positive results (i.e., the digital building blocks). Additionally, they will execute selected experiments leveraging AI, automation, and strategic partnerships to focus efforts on helping patients start and stay on Lilly medicines. The team is seeking an individual to lead paid media efforts for both consumers and HCPs.

Core Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Development, Implementation & Measurement:

• Collaborate with the media agency to lead the development of outstanding consumer and HCP media strategies. Participate in the annual brand planning process, including the development of media objectives, channel strategy, channel mix, and measurement plan. Continuously challenge the status quo and strive for improved plan performance. Ensure the consistent application of media return on investment, historical performance, and consumption insights across touchpoints and channels to drive revenue growth.

Leadership and Influence:

• Lead and influence decision-making cross-functionally by developing data-driven media strategies that lead to positive customer experiences. Prepare and present recommendations.

Agency Management:

• Effectively manage media agency relationships. Establish clear expectations (both ways) for the client-agency partnership. Build relationships with agency leads to deliver customer-oriented strategy and tactics. Develop action plans as needed based on regular partnership evaluations.

Financial Management:

• Track and manage the budget across all channels, including reconciliation. Provide updates to brand teams and offer recommendations for trade-offs as necessary.

Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all consumer and HCP marketing guidelines, good promotional practices, privacy policies, and other applicable policies and procedures.
