Senior Human Resources Manager

MK Search is currently working with a quickly growing, family-owned chemical distributor based in Southern California who is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR team. This is a people-manager role reporting directly to the COO — ideal for someone who can lead a team while staying close to the detail. The company Preferred supplier to Fortune 100 clients. Active across Personal Care, CASE, Aerospace & Surface Finishing, Agriculture, Water Treatment, Toll Blending, and more. A tight-knit team with a strong culture and serious growth momentum. The role You'll lead the HR team and own the full function — recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, compensation, and culture. There's real scope to drive how HR operates in a business that's scaling.
