Tax Operations Administrator

Providing high-level administrative support to the Tax Team, the full-time remote Tax Operations Administrator will manage complex scheduling, deliver tax returns, and coordinate workflow while ensuring timely completion of projects and assignments. Key responsibilities: Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department events Deliver tax returns, extensions, and estimates in both electronic and paper formats Prepare and proofread correspondence, including client engagement letters and IRS responses Required qualifications: 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a tax practice Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong technology skills and resourcefulness in learning new software features Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Aptitude for working with diverse clients and internal associates at all levels
