Accountant – AP Analyst Onsite | Tulsa, OK This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a small, business casual office setting, and wants to make a direct impact on the organization\'s success. What You\'ll Do Manage invoice processing, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation. Monitor and maintain the accounts payable workflow to ensure invoices and vendor requests are handled promptly. Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and reconcile accounts. Assist with weekly payment processing and cash disbursement activities. Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and support month-end close activities. Help identify and resolve aged invoices, unapplied credits, and other outstanding accounting items. Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. Work closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and Accounting teams to maintain accurate financial records. What We\'re Looking For Experience processing accounts payable in a high volume office setting Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Sage 100 or similar ERP experience.
