Customer Service Specialist/ HR Administrative Assistant – Bilingual English/Spanish Unitex is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist/HR Administrative Assistant for our Lawrence, MA Plant. Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on experience. Schedule: “In office” position. Monday - Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with flexibility to work additional hours when needed. Responsibilities include: Offer excellent customer service vial phone/email to our customers, vendors and to our walk-in guests Engage with customers and resolve customer requests and complaints Work with all internal departments Timely responses to emails and voicemails Ensure accurate and timely data entry Weekly reporting to the corporate office Weekly invoicing to our customers Assisting in the human resource (HR) functions such as onboarding of a new employee, employee events, payroll Assists Office Manager and General Manager as needed Required skills: Recent college graduate or 1+ years of experience in customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Bilingual in Spanish is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and attention to detail Accurate data entry technique Associate’s degree preferred Excellent time management skill Unitex offers a competitive compensation package including health insurance, 401K with employer matching, paid vacation, sick days, etc.
