Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Position Type: Permanent, Contract to Hire Benefits: This position is eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(K) benefits. Pay: $18-21/HR Responsibilities Receive, reconcile, and post incoming payments from groups accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve payment issues. Communicate with group representatives, agents, and internal teams regarding payments, account status, and outstanding balances. Prepare account documentation, update records, and support reporting related to cash receipts and receivables activity. Assist with collections, account follow-up, and other AR-related duties as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable, cash application, or payment posting experience. Proficiency in Excel and Word with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
