Practice & Cases

• Outpatient primary care clinic
• Adult-focused population ages 12 and up
• Preventive care, chronic disease management, and follow-ups
• Approximately 20 patients per day

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• 8-hour clinic shifts with 1-hour lunch
• Block scheduling available
• Ongoing coverage with repeat weekly structure

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active South Carolina license required
• BLS and DEA required
• EPIC EMR experience required
