Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $479.70

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care in a low-volume setting (~15 patients/day)
• Support staff with APPs and collaborate with three physicians at the Hazard location
• Manage a flexible schedule, working 3-5 days per week as needed
• Utilize Meditech EMR for patient documentation
• Support the department's 60/40 Hematology/Oncology patient care model
• Offer compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs
• Maintain compliance with all clinical guidelines and protocols

What You Need:

• Current Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• Valid medical license for Kentucky (or ability to obtain)
• Recent outpatient, patient-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
