Associate Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Full Stack Developer with 0–2 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of web applications by leveraging React.js, Full Stack Java technologies, and DevOps practices . Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product owners, architects, designers, and QA teams, to define, design, and deliver new application features. Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React.js and Full Stack Java technologies. Support the implementation of DevOps practices to automate software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes. Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience. Assist in conducting code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Develop and maintain technical documentation for application features and enhancements. Work closely with database systems to support data management, integration, and performance optimization. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and review meetings. Stay updated with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in software development, web application development, or related areas. Basic understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and coding best practices. Knowledge of object‑oriented programming and web application architecture. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Technical Skills React.js Understanding of React.js concepts, components, hooks, state management, and responsive web development. Full Stack Java Knowledge of Core Java and object‑oriented programming concepts. Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Understanding of frontend‑backend integration. DevOps Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment processes. Exposure to tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms is an advantage. Database Technologies Understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Knowledge of database queries, schema design, and data integration concepts. Preferred Skills Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of testing frameworks and application debugging techniques. Relevant certifications in DevOps, React.js, Java, Cloud, or Full Stack Development are a plus.
