Comfortable working with tools, gauges, and general troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly. Sharp eye for quality and consistency on every job.Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and stand throughout the shift. Stamina to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment. Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks safely and consistently.Job Duties: Operate cutting machines to produce high-quality printing jobs that meet customer and company expectations. Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting equipment to keep production running without a hitch. Monitor output for quality and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
