We are seeking a dedicated Batch Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Batch Operator will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials according to specified formulas, ensuring the production of high-quality batches in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix raw materials for production batches according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor batch processes and equipment to ensure optimal operation and quality control.
• Document all batch production activities, including ingredient amounts and processing times.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve any production issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in manufacturing or chemistry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Batch Operator or in a similar role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with batch processing equipment and chemical handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
