Growth Strategy Manager

Role Overview As a Strategic Growth Manager, you are directly responsible for driving net-new revenue. This fully onsite role will report into our Fort Worth office. You will spend a significant portion of your time meeting clients and prospects in the field. Responsibilities Drive net-new revenue and help agents understand why their business and clients will benefit by moving to Compass. Engage with agents and teams in the market, maximizing collaboration on-site. Understand agents as independent contractors and support them in making high-impact decisions. Exert judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision. Qualifications Background in investment banking, management consulting, law, or enterprise sales. High IQ and EQ; empathy needed to understand agent as a CEO of their own business. Self‑starter attitude with ability to exercise judgment. Compensation The base pay range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually, with a potential bonus target of $30,000-$60,000 and uncapped bonus potential. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. Participation in incentive programs may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions.
