Business Development Manager – Ports & Maritime Infrastructure DEME Concessions seeks a Business Development Manager to drive portfolio growth in the ports and maritime infrastructure sector. Responsibilities Develop complex projects from inception through rivaling commercial operations. Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for new opportunities. Maintain and expand relationships with industrial and financial partners. Structure joint ventures, project finance, and contractual arrangements including shareholder, concession, and EPC agreements. Coordinate project management with internal and external advisors to ensure successful completion. Perform financial impact analysis at group level, assessing risk and return on equity. Qualifications University degree in a technical, scientific, finance, or economics field. Complementary MBA or equivalent economic expertise preferred. Relevant experience in project finance, financial/strategic consulting, or banking. Strong affinity for the marine ports sector and marine engineering. Excellent business English skills; Dutch language an asset. Analytical, rigorous, creative problem‑solving abilities. Curiosity, intellectual mobility, willingness to learn.
