BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER atERTVELDE At Oleon, we bring you natural chemistry. Our specialty lies in converting natural fats and oils into a wide range of oleochemical products. We serve markets such as cosmetics, nutrition, crop protection, industrial ingredients, lubricants, oilfield, coatings, detergents, and many more. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – immersion cooling. In this role, you will shape and expand our presence in a rapidly evolving market by combining strategic vision with hands‑on execution. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, building strong partnerships in data centers, hyperscalers, and computing environments, developing go‑to‑market strategies, analyzing market trends, and leading the full business development cycle from pipeline development to closing high‑value deals. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support product launches and refine value propositions, and you will build partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and other industry players. YOU'LL SUCCEED IF: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within data centers, cooling technologies, or a closely related industry. You have a proven track record of managing and closing complex, high‑value deals and a strong understanding of data center infrastructure and thermal management challenges. You communicate easily across all levels of an organization, engage both technical and business stakeholders, and bring a strategic mindset with a results‑driven approach. You have experience with immersion or liquid cooling technologies, familiarity with AI or high‑performance computing environments, or an existing network within hyperscalers, colocation providers, or the enterprise data center market – an advantage. You thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy building something new from the ground up. You are internationally minded, fluent in English, and willing to travel 50% of your time.
