The candidate will be involved in electronics integration and tests to support missile flight testing. The candidate should have knowledge of electrical engineering in the areas of digital, analog, radio frequency circuit designs and operation. This position requires some travel to test sites within Continental United States (CONUS). Travel time can be expected to be up to 10% per year, however this number can increase or decrease based on the needs of the job.What You Will Be DoingYou will lead missile Telemetry and Flight Termination System (FTS) integration and test activities for new development items in a fast-paced team environmentProvide engineering evaluations of designs or upgrades to the missile to support successful system and flight test operationsGenerating and performing DVT and Qualification test plans and test reportsSupport failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testingTravel to and support flight test events Basic Qualifications5+ years of relevant engineering experienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related fieldPrior team lead experienceFamiliar with System Integration methodologyFamiliarity with common lab equipment: DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power SuppliesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorks well in a cross-functional team environmentAble to read wiring schematics and hardware drawingsMust be able to attain a SECRET level security clearance Desired SkillsFamiliar with Telemetry and/or Flight Termination Systems (FTS)Experience with developing project plans, estimates, and schedulesExperience troubleshooting analog and digital electronicsFamiliar with uncommon lab equipment: milliohm meter, igniter tester, spectrum analyzersMaster's of Business Administration (MBA)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
