Must-Haves:

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of previous experience troubleshooting computer and network problems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environment
• • Word, excel (filtering in excel- they use a spreadsheet for inventory)
  • Troubleshooting if Outlook doesn’t work/is slow/not loading
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• • Hardware
  • • HP & Dell laptops
    • iPhone/iPad
    • Printers (basic I know how to network a printer)
    • Docking stations/monitor/keyboard)
  • Software:
  • • Adobe/Microsoft 365
• Understanding of Remote Desktop Services and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Apple iPhone devices and operating systems
• • Elaborate on operating systems
