We are seeking a hungry , passionate, and hard-working PM Sous Chef to join a Michelin-starred kitchen recognized by the Michelin Guide . This is a key leadership role within the kitchen, working closely with senior leadership and the Chef de Cuisine to support daily operations, production, and service execution.
