Procurement Associate I — Contract (Hybrid, Basking Ridge, NJ) Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Associate I to support their Procurement Operations team. This is a hybrid contract role (1–2 days onsite per week). Responsibilities Support daily procurement operations and project work Clean up and maintain supplier databases; identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or missing information Manage shared mailboxes — answer inquiries and assist users, suppliers, requestors, and business owners Update office supply user profiles (shipping addresses, cost centers, approvers) Review and manage the small business/diversity inbox; invite and register new suppliers on the company portal Analyze reports from SAP and supplier management tools to align mismatched data Assist with requisition review and inquiries Requirements 1–3 years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets SAP and P2P/S2P tools experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Unicon Pharma Inc
