Assistant Manager - New Restaurant Opening

Overview We’re brewing up something new in Cuyahoga Falls – Trinity Square! This position is for a brand‑new Dunkin’ restaurant opening soon. As an Assistant Manager you’ll help the restaurant run smoothly and support our team members every day. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager with day‑to‑day operations. Ensure each shift on‑time and operating smoothly. Assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals. Support team members through performance reviews and training initiatives. Qualifications At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. Age 18 or older, as required by applicable law. Exceptional time‑management, attention to detail, and guest‑service skills. Ready to start the day at 4 a.m. and maintain open availability for schedule changes. Commitment to working in a fast‑paced environment and leading by example.
