Primary Services is excited to announce an Administrative Assistant role for our client. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming internal teams and external visitors while ensuring seamless daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal teams.
- Contribute to office organization and perform general clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
