Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment Paid Time Off Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Location Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, Baltimore, MD-Hybrid Full Time (40 hours)/Day Shift Monday-Friday-9:30am-6pm Alternating Saturdays of 8:30am-5pm every 6-8 weeks Position Summary Responsible for receipt and review of more advanced order requests. Ability to assess and navigate inquiries. Detailed oriented and resource to team for guidance of best next steps. Provide excellent service to customers during every interaction. Collaboratively work with team to further facilitate and promote product offerings and services. Respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner. Ability to complete service recovery and de-escalation. Education Minimum Qualifications H.S. diploma or equivalent Post high school education or training - preferred Experience 2 years customer service, required Experience working in a medical environment - familiarity with durable medical equipment, required Experience working in a call center, preferred Important Notices Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range Minimum 15.00/hour - Maximum 24.09/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
